Exchange Policy

Customers are entitled to request an exchange within 3 days from the date of receipt by contacting us through our official WhatsApp or via the Contact Us page on our website.


Return Policy

Customers can a request a return only in case of manufacturing defects within 3 days from the date of receipt through the same communication channels.


Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.

  • If the package has been opened or the tag removed, the customer still retains the right to return or exchange it as long as it hasn’t been used.

  • All products are eligible for return and exchange under these conditions.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers bear the shipping cost in cases of return or exchange.

  • If the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, ANY will cover the full shipping cost.


Defective or Wrong Products

In case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item, customers are entitled to either a full refund or a free replacement.
